At Vassari Boutique, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! So, if you're not completely pleased with your order, we'll do whatever we can to make it better! Please note, all customized items and sale/clearance items are final sale.
- All return packages must be returned in the same condition as it was originally received within 7 days of the shipping confirmation date.
- You will receive a full store credit minus shipping fees.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable and will not apply to a store credit.
- Product return/shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
- To request product replacement simply email: info@Vassariboutique.com.
- In the unlikely event you receive an item that is damaged; we will replace the item at no charge or issue you a full store credit for the full purchase amount.
- We are not responsible for any items damaged through wear. We will be more than happy to repair the item at a cost of $10 plus shipping. Buyer is also responsible for product return shipping.
- All Sale and Clearance items are final sale. No returns/exchanges.
- Store Credits are non transferable and do not expire.
